Bridgeman Footage platform now live

The Bridgeman Art Library, specialists in cultural visual content for licensing, are excited to announce the footage platform on is now live.

For the first time creative professionals are able to search footage clips, alongside 500,000 stills, to create a complete visual package .

Exclusive footage collections – explore art, culture, history

Collection partners include the North West Film Archive, the de Laszlo family archive, the Whitechapel Gallery and Creative Arts Television.

Footage covers social history, ancient cultures, contemporary travelogues and historic arts programmes. Biographies on artists and paintings are well covered within the collection with artists profiled including Umberto Boccioni and Henry Moore.

Much of the new audio visual content is exclusive to Bridgeman and has not been represented commercially before.
