Dominga Sotomayor - People The ikono On Air Festival is showing "People" by Dominga Sotomayor from 2012, one of sixteen films about light, life, energy and his Little Sun lamp made by eighteen filmmakers from all over the world in response to an invitation from Olafur Eliasson.


Dominga Sotomayor - People Dominga Sotomayor, born in Chile in 1985, completed her filmmaking studies in Chile and Spain, and is the founder of the production company CINESTACION. Her first feature, Jueves a domingo (Thursday till Sunday, 2012), was develeped at the Cannes Cinéfondation Résidence, and received the Tiger Award for best film at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Her second feature film, Tarde para morir joven (Late to die young), is currently in production with support from Sundance.
